All orders are hand-packed with care and shipped from Florida, USA.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. Please allow a little extra time during holidays or peak seasons, as each box is custom packed to order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping information before completing checkout. The Lantern Nook is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [yourshopemail@domain.com]. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and items. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
