Refund Policy – The Lantern Nook

All sales are final. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our curated boxes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Upon review, we will issue either store credit or a replacement item at our discretion.

We are unable to provide replacements or credits for items that have been used, altered, or returned without prior authorization.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll always do our best to make sure you love your Lantern Nook experience.
